Make your meal management easy and effective, with the ISO BAG Ultimate Lunch Cooler! The ISO BAG™ Ultimate Lunch Cooler was designed to fit everyone’s needs and for it to be everyone’s first choice when choosing a cooler bag! The Isolator Fitness ISO BAG was created with everyone in mind! Some much bigger than me and some smaller. In a world that never stops, it seems as if everyone is constantly on the go, trying to eat in a healthy manner or follow a strict diet plan for your goals is certainly not very easy. At my gym 5 different guys have tried it. I know the size varies but the cuff edition seems universal(somewhat). I think any personal trainer or anyone that helps train someone coming from a upper body injury should own one. Like i said before, what you can do with it is limitless. I've only had the isolator for a week now, i'm coming up with new stuff to do with it all the time. Just roll up a adjustable bench to the cable machine and you are good to go. I start with heavy presses, then use the isolator for cable crossovers and chest flys with cables. With front raises you can hook into a cable machine or hook the straps up to a 45 lb plate like i do.Ĭhest is basically the same. ![]() Then i would put on the isolator and do some trap pulls, rear delt pulls, shoulder laterals, front raises and reverse cable crossovers. Shoulders - I start with some heavy db shoulder presses, then some military bb presses, and hammer strength iso-lateral presses. When i do pullups with the isolator compared to without it, it's just worlds apart.įor me, i use the isolator as an addition to my workout. Never in my life have i felt such a pump from doing pullups. It does the hard work for you, by that i mean isolating the muscle. It doesn't matter if you have a injury or if you don't. My working sets seem to be the same though. Granted i do start low with my weight on warmup sets. I use the same weight as i do with my hands + my versa grips. ![]()
